Michelle Rouch offers 30 years of system engineering experience with the Department of Defense, dominating in overseeing major weapons acquisitions with Missile Defense Agency, U.S. Navy, Air Force and the Army. Rouch serves as a technical advisor in generating timely information to the customer, quantifying the impact to cost, schedule, resources, risk, scope and technical performance. She possesses a strong technical background in program management balanced with systems engineering activities from Risk Reduction, Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD), Transition to Production, Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP), to Full Rate Production (FRP) phases. Rouch is also a self-taught artist with over 37 years of experience. But her passion since 2002 is giving back to the community, especially working with kids using art as a vehicle to communicate Science and Engineering.
