As Chief Operating Officer at Space Tango, Mr. Markowitz has overall responsibility for all major operational functional areas, including general business, financial, legal, and regulatory activities, contract negotiations, and human resources. In addition, Jeffrey leads all compliance-related initiatives for Space Tango, establishing standards and implementing policies and procedures in support of the compliance programs established by the organization.
Jeffrey Markowitz is an experienced senior executive with over 25 years expertise in operations, strategy and finance across industry sectors, including technology, healthcare tech, real estate, and financial services. Prior to joining Space Tango, Jeffrey served as CEO of Thynk Health, a healthcare software solution that leverages AI technologies to automate manual processes for lung cancer screening, and COO of MakeTime, Inc., (acquired by Xometry in 2018), an on-demand industrial parts marketplace.
