I’m Andrew Stubbs and I took my first airplane flight when I was five, this influenced me to become a pilot. On my first flight, I was convinced to be a pilot because I felt that it is the future and I want to be part of the future. Now as a 13 year old, Sci-Tech is a experience I would have never even dreamed of going to without Higher Orbits. I attended Higher Orbits in November which gave me this opportunity.
I have wanted to be a pilot since I was five and Sci-Tech is a opportunity for me to see what else Is in the industry. Sci-tech is beneficial to me because it is a chance for me to get to learn about smaller companies that have significant plans to grow the industry. Another reason why I’m thrilled to go to Sci- Tech is I will be able to meet with many collages company and future colleges which will expand my array of career paths.
Higher Orbits has given me lots of opportunities and it’s time I give back by going to Sci-Tech. One way I can give back to Higher Orbits is getting more sponsors so they can do more Go For Launch! events in more cities. I also want to try to promote Higher Orbits internationally so that 3rd world countries have a chance at what I Have done. Higher Orbits is what we need to keep this industry thriving.
There are too many reason why I’m ready to go to AIAA Sci-Tech conference to put in to this blog. Higher Orbits has many opportunities of getting more sponsor or even growing internationally. Sci-tech will also grow my view on what I want to do after collage. I’m ready to see what is in the future of the industry.
