Team NESS’s winning experiment focuses on post-hibernation bee behavior and flight patterns in micro-gravity. This experiment launched to the International Space Station aboard SpaceX CRS-15 on June 29, 2018.

Higher Orbits would also like to extend a special thanks to all of our presenting partners and event sponsors for the Centaurus A Division.

Update

The students are still working to analyze the data and we will let you know when we have information to share!

"We are excited to offer this opportunity to not only our students but to all students in the area interested in space exploration. It isn't every day that you have a chance to learn about space from a real astronaut! You know you are on the right track when you explain the program and teenagers gasp with excitement!"

Joe Taylor Assistant Principal for STEAM Instruction At Deerfield High School, host of event where NESS was selected

"We love working with Go for Launch and helping get students work onto ISS."
